Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Crimes Quality Control Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control assessments on CTRs, alerts, and case reviews across multiple products and services
• Provide constructive feedback to financial crimes analysts and assist in identifying trends for training and process improvement
• Stay current with FinCEN developments to ensure program compliance and support bank staff on BSA requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of banking BSA experience with a financial institution or fintech
• Preferred experience in Convertible Virtual Currencies (CVC) and Banking as a Service (BaaS)
• Preferred certifications such as CFE, CAFP, or CAMs
• Experience with AML software like Unit21 is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fluid environment with high autonomy and a self-starter mentality
