Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Financial Crimes Strategist will support transaction monitoring operations by reviewing alerts, conducting investigations, and optimizing monitoring strategies within TabaPay's payment ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and disposition transaction monitoring and AML-related alerts across various payment channels
- Conduct investigations into suspicious transactional activity and escalate concerns as per internal procedures
- Support the tuning, testing, and optimization of transaction monitoring rules and alerting strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fraud risk, AML, financial crimes, or payments operations
- 3+ years of experience in transaction monitoring, AML investigations, or financial crimes operations
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or money movement environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity patterns
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and alerting platforms
