Job Summary
Working in a hybrid capacity, the contract Financial Customer Service Associate will provide exceptional service to advisors and investors by managing inbound contacts, resolving account inquiries, and supporting complex financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service by ensuring positive client experiences with each interaction
- Utilize critical thinking to resolve issues in real-time and foster strong client relationships
- Conduct detailed research and collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate solutions efficiently
Required qualifications
- 1+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, preferably in a team environment
- High empathy and passion for helping others, along with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in or education about the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) is a plus
