Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists
  • Educate customers on their retirement savings accounts and communicate plan updates
  • Process account changes, contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals as directed by customers
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate degree or higher **AND** at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or call center is a plus
  • Desire to engage with customers and adapt communication style to diverse clientele
