Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding member service experiences by maintaining professionalism and troubleshooting effectively
  • Support decision-making processes and ensure quick and accurate resolutions for financial inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls from members and prospective members regarding their financial well-being
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • At least six months of experience as a Member Care Representative 1 or in Digital Services
  • Preferred experience with technical support or troubleshooting online/mobile banking issues
  • Call Center or Banking experience is a plus
