Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding member service experiences by maintaining professionalism and troubleshooting effectively
- Support decision-making processes and ensure quick and accurate resolutions for financial inquiries
- Handle inbound calls from members and prospective members regarding their financial well-being
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Previous customer service experience is required
- At least six months of experience as a Member Care Representative 1 or in Digital Services
- Preferred experience with technical support or troubleshooting online/mobile banking issues
- Call Center or Banking experience is a plus
