Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in an inbound call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create exceptional member service experiences while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Provide troubleshooting and decision-making support for members regarding their financial well-being
- Ensure quick and accurate resolutions for inquiries from members and prospective members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent mix of education and experience is required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Six months as a Member Care Representative 1 or previous Digital Services experience is required
- Additional training or experience with technical support or troubleshooting online and mobile banking issues is preferred
- Call Center or Banking experience is a plus
