Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in an inbound call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional member service experiences while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Provide troubleshooting and decision-making support for members regarding their financial well-being
  • Ensure quick and accurate resolutions for inquiries from members and prospective members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent mix of education and experience is required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Six months as a Member Care Representative 1 or previous Digital Services experience is required
  • Additional training or experience with technical support or troubleshooting online and mobile banking issues is preferred
  • Call Center or Banking experience is a plus
