Job Summary
To support a growing financial services team, the full-time remote Financial Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts, educate clients, and process account changes without making cold calls or sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service within the call center for retirement savings accounts
- Communicate critical updates and changes to clients while processing contributions, loans, and withdrawals
- Participate in a paid training program to develop a solid foundation in financial services
Required qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays
- Associate's degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
