Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Financial Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to customers regarding their retirement savings accounts, process account changes, and communicate important updates, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate customers about their accounts and process contributions, loans, and withdrawals
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients effectively
Required qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
