Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Financial Data Analyst to work remotely in a full-time salaried position, responsible for creating and analyzing profit and loss statements, partnering with operations to enhance financial understanding, and developing new financial reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly branch financials to identify challenges and opportunities for profitability
• Create and analyze profit and loss statements for various branches
• Design dashboards to provide improved financial insights for branch operations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced SQL experience, including CTEs, joins, and subqueries
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of an analytical language such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS preferred
