Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

To lead the automation and optimization of key reconciliation and reporting processes, the full-time Financial Data Analyst will focus on US Health Benefits and finance accounting in a remote or hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Identify manual reconciliation activities in finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions
• Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and perform variance analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis, including relevant experience in finance automation and NetSuite
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including saved searches and workflows
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes
