Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Financial Data Analyst for a full-time remote position who will analyze profit and loss statements, partner with operations to enhance understanding of earnings, and develop financial reporting processes to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and analyze profit and loss statements for various branches
• Collaborate with operations to deepen insights into financial performance
• Identify challenges and opportunities in monthly branch financials to increase profitability

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced SQL experience, including CTEs, joins, and subqueries
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of an analytical language such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS preferred
