Job Summary

Supporting mission-driven financial operations, the full-time salaried Financial Data & Systems Analyst will enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and data analytics while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and budget analyses for management and the Board
• Support the integration and optimization of financial and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and governance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce manual tasks across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or data analytics within a nonprofit context
• Strong proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and data analysis tools
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Ability to document processes and support system integrations and data workflows
