Financial Data Application Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Financial Data Application Specialist will support sales and customer success by providing technical expertise, assisting with demos and training, and driving product adoption for AlphaSense's financial data solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist sales with demos and strategic trials of financial data solutions, addressing objections and communicating value propositions
• Provide advanced training and customizations to users, driving product adoption through bespoke modeling tools
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial data, creating enablement materials and relaying customer feedback to inform product development

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in financial analysis
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment management, or a similar client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to work with financial data and perform benchmarking analyses
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with high-profile clients
