Financial Data Sales Associate

Job Summary

Overseeing the full scope of sales in the EMEA region, the remote Financial Data Sales Associate will manage the technical sales process, create market data use-cases, and build executive relationships while collaborating across teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving data-related issues
• Create examples and use-cases with market data in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or Rust
• Gather customer feedback and maintain accurate forecasting and record-keeping procedures

Required qualifications

• Experience with the end-to-end sales pipeline, including upselling and customer success
• Understanding of quant trading and market microstructure
• Proficiency in automating processes in HubSpot and maintaining detailed records
• Ability to communicate professionally with developers and quants
• Familiarity with GitHub and basic knowledge of C++, Python, and/or Rust is a bonus
