Financial Decision Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Decision Support Analyst to provide financial and statistical analyses to support organizational leaders in decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run routine financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and proforma support to hospital executive and department leadership
• Prepare financial data and statistical reports for budgeting and forecasting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field with two years of financial analysis experience, or a Master's Degree in a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry with statistical metrics, forecasting, and budgeting
• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting methods
• Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau
• Understanding of healthcare industry knowledge and internal systems
