Financial Design Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for designing and implementing invoicing solutions, the full-time Financial Design Consultant will manage the financial components of client projects, ensuring successful testing and collaboration with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure successful testing and implementation of invoicing solutions from a financial systems perspective
• Evaluate and reconcile information from multiple sources to identify true user needs and functional requirements
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to develop necessary documentation, including Business and Functional Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Experience with managing financial components and understanding supplier payment processes
• Knowledge of tax implications and compliance issues related to invoicing
• Proficiency in designing and implementing standard invoicing solutions
• Familiarity with invoice element mapping in Mainframe systems
• Ability to develop requirements specifications using standard templates
