Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead and execute due diligence engagements and transaction consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagements, including preparing detailed reports and advising on mergers and acquisitions
  • Oversee multiple engagements, providing due diligence and consulting services to various clients
  • Train and mentor team members while contributing to the development of best practices within the Transaction Group
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in related due diligence roles
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
  • Extensive project management experience, including planning and coordinating staff and clients
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV are preferred
