Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead and execute due diligence engagements and transaction consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements, including preparing detailed reports and advising on mergers and acquisitions
- Oversee multiple engagements, providing due diligence and consulting services to various clients
- Train and mentor team members while contributing to the development of best practices within the Transaction Group
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in related due diligence roles
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
- Extensive project management experience, including planning and coordinating staff and clients
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV are preferred
