Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Education Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of retirement plan education programs for plan participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles support functions for the client's financial wellness program, including tracking costs and managing communications
• Schedules meetings and maintains event calendars for Financial Professionals and clients
• Produces promotional materials for events and manages client relationship activities, including implementation and status calls

Required Qualifications

• Business acumen with understanding of decision-making processes
• Experience in client relationship management
• Knowledge of customer experience management strategies
• Financial background preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
