Financial Education Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Education Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of retirement plan education programs for plan participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage support functions for the financial wellness program, including tracking costs and servicing communication channels
• Schedule meetings and maintain availability in the RPAG system while tracking meeting summaries
• Produce promotional materials for events and manage client relationship activities, including implementation and status calls

Required Qualifications

• Business acumen with knowledge of relevant concepts and processes
• Experience in client relationship management and understanding client needs
• Ability to implement customer experience strategies effectively
• Financial background preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
