Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Education Coordinator, responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of retirement plan education programs for plan participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles support functions for the financial wellness program, including managing communications and tracking information
• Schedules meetings and manages availability in the RPAG system, ensuring accurate data input and follow-up
• Produces promotional materials for events and manages client relationship activities, including implementation and status calls

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of business concepts and decision-making processes
• Experience in client relationship management and understanding client needs
• Ability to implement customer experience strategies effectively
• Financial background preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
