A company is looking for a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education programs for participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage support functions for the financial wellness program, including tracking costs and servicing communication channels
• Schedule meetings and maintain event calendars for Financial Professionals and clients
• Produce promotional materials for educational events and manage client relationship activities

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of business concepts and decision-making processes
• Experience in client relationship management
• Understanding of customer experience management strategies
• Financial background preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
