Financial Education Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of retirement plan education programs, the remote Financial Education Coordinator will manage educational meetings, prepare participant materials, and enhance participant engagement through effective communication and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Handles support functions for financial wellness initiatives, including managing communication channels and recording costs
• Schedules meetings and manages availability in the RPAG system while ensuring accurate data input for client records
• Produces promotional materials for events and conducts relationship management activities with clients to oversee their financial wellness programs

Required qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer experience management
• Understanding of financial concepts and retirement plans
• Proficiency in business processes and decision-making skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Background in finance preferred
