Job Summary

Connecting members with essential social services and financial benefits, the full-time Financial Eligibility Specialist will navigate state and federal programs, support enrollment processes, and triage referrals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to educate members about available benefits such as Medicaid, SNAP, and Energy Assistance
• Assist members throughout the enrollment process, managing paperwork and following up with agencies
• Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive support for member inquiries and needs

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of federal and state programs, particularly Medicaid and SNAP
• 3+ years in a customer or patient-serving role, preferably in social services or financial eligibility
• Proven organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in utilizing various technologies to enhance service delivery
