Financial Insights Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Financial Insights Manager will focus on making financial data accessible and actionable, driving an AI-enabled analytics strategy, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance financial performance reporting and analysis in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regular financial performance reporting, including KPIs and revenue trends, ensuring timely visibility for business leaders
• Develop self-service analytics capabilities and standardized data definitions to enhance data transparency across the organization
• Lead the execution of an AI-enabled analytics roadmap, driving automation and adoption of analytics tools within FP&A

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
• 5 or more years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, including ARR and cash flow
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Experience building reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities for independent data access
