Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Financial Institution Consultant will effectively communicate with clients in the financial institution industry, conduct consultative collaboration sessions, and prepare clients for compliance testing and training, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to ensure compliance with financial institution regulations and operations
- Conduct collaboration sessions with key client leaders to address regulatory examination issues and compliance deficiencies
- Prepare clients for testing and training on financial institution issues while maintaining project budgets and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in financial institutions, focusing on compliance and bank regulations
- Knowledge of financial institution regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and related programs
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers and clients
