Job Summary

Supporting various functions for business-to-business clients, the temporary Financial Institution Support Specialist will handle daily phone calls and emails, manage multiple tasks, and utilize internal systems to ensure compliance and foster strong relationships with financial institution partners while working remotely for approximately 90 days.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicates with financial institution partners to address operational needs and resolve issues
  • Manages time-sensitive tasks and identifies opportunities for recommending new products/services
  • Utilizes internal systems for logging interactions and provides support and training to partners/clients
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a call center or supporting financial institutions
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced, and SLA-driven environment
  • Prior remote work experience is a plus
