Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the advancement of financial performance, the full-time Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead will provide analytics and reporting, mentor team members, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely from the Eastern United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops self-service tools and analytical reporting for finance and operational leaders to drive cost reduction and improve decision-making
• Coordinates financial modeling for capital requests and business plans, while providing regular presentations of financial performance to leadership
• Mentors analysts and manages team performance, ensuring alignment with organizational financial and operational goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
• At least 4 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Proficiency in financial analytics and performance software
• Experience in developing financial models and conducting advanced analytical tasks
