Financial Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading financial management practices for the Strategic Portfolio Management function, the full-time AVP, Strategic Portfolio Financial Management Lead will oversee initiative costs, benefits, forecasts, and financial risks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial management standards, governance processes, and reporting practices
• Serve as the primary financial management advisor to stakeholders across Strategic Portfolio Management and Finance
• Oversee portfolio financial management activities including forecasts, cost estimates, and variance analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in financial management, portfolio management, or business operations
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industries preferred
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and platforms, particularly Clarity and Workday
• Familiarity with Agile Framework and Lean Portfolio Management is strongly desired
