Key Responsibilities

• Manage client contractual service deliverables, including financial reports and annual budgets
• Oversee the monthly pre-close and close processes for community portfolios
• Serve as a liaison for financial inquiries and issues with clients and internal departments

• Experience in financial management or accounting roles
