Job Summary

To support enterprise financial planning, the full-time remote Financial Manager will drive product strategy for budgeting and cost management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial intelligence within Tempo's ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Financial Manager's budgeting, cost, and billing capabilities
• Conduct discovery with CFOs and FP&A leaders to understand budget authority flows in modern enterprises
• Collaborate with the integrations team to connect Financial Manager with ERP and financial systems

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in enterprise finance, FP&A, ERP implementation, or financial systems consulting
• Hands-on experience with budgeting large programs and understanding cost center tradeoffs
• Familiarity with enterprise finance or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Curiosity about AI and its implications for financial forecasting and budgeting
• Ability to produce clear, structured outputs for executive audiences amidst complex finance workflows
