Financial Manager

Job Summary

To support the Marine Corps Systems Command Contract, the full-time remote Financial Manager will manage financial documentation, maintain project budgets, and track funding execution while ensuring compliance with government reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare government funding documents and maintain project baseline budget information
• Track project funding execution against phasing plans and alert management to significant variances
• Interface with program management to prepare financial documentation and status reports for internal and external inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in DoD financial/cost analysis, or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
• Must possess a current/active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
