Financial Manager

Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Financial Manager will own and improve financial management processes, including budgeting, reporting, and financial control, while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board
• Monitor key financial metrics and proactively identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting and reporting
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment
