Financial Manager (EU)

Job Summary

Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance across multiple business units, the full-time remote Financial Manager (EU) will manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget control while partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare management reporting and coordinate month-end close activities, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue
• Support VAT and Corporate Income Tax compliance, and coordinate payroll tax compliance across EU jurisdictions
• Monitor departmental budgets and spending, identifying cost optimization opportunities and overseeing vendor payments

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Control
• Solid understanding of EU taxation and financial reporting
• Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital assets, or fintech sectors is preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
