Financial Manager, Mission Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Mission Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze monthly financial reports, advising on trends and actionable recommendations
• Lead the development of annual budgets and implementation spending plans, ensuring compliance and risk identification
• Oversee financial processes for grants and contracts, ensuring alignment with donor intent and internal policies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a financial analyst role and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; a Master's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
• Experience with government nonprofit grants and proficiency in financial systems, with knowledge of NetSuite preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP principles
• Demonstrated cultural competency and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data presentation and analysis
