Job Summary

Financial Model Contributor, a remote freelance position where finance professionals are compensated for sharing real financial models they have built throughout their careers, requiring submission of existing workbooks that meet specific structural criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and confirm a completed financial model for submission that meets structural requirements
• Remove confidential data and ensure the workbook is free of volatile functions and external links
• Upload the .xlsx file with a brief description and respond to QA feedback for resubmission if necessary

Required Qualifications

• Finance professional with experience in various financial modeling types such as DCF, LBO, and budgeting
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to create multi-tab structures and interconnected formulas
• Clear understanding of intellectual property rights regarding personal work and original models
• Detail-oriented and self-directed, capable of reviewing and submitting work independently
• Experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus
