Job Summary

To support a growing remote-first SaaS company, the part-time Financial Modeler will build and maintain a comprehensive financial model, incorporating cross-functional inputs and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Construct a 24-month rolling financial model from scratch, including various scenario analyses and revenue modeling by business line
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and HR teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions for the financial model
• Upload and maintain the validated forecast in Fathom, ensuring variance tracking and ongoing updates

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of financial modeling experience, preferably in investment banking, FP&A, or venture-backed startups
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and demonstrated experience building 3-statement models from scratch
• Direct experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Strong familiarity with app store economics and commission structures
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
