Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and review financial models related to active transactions
• Analyze deal structures, management equity, rollover scenarios, and incentive arrangements
• Provide clear, practical input to assist partners in negotiation positions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Around 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
• Strong understanding of M&A transactions and deal economics
• Excellent financial modeling skills with hands-on experience in building models
• Comfortable analyzing management equity and incentive structures
• Able to work independently in a remote, professional environment
