Financial Modeling Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Modeling Consultant (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build professional Excel financial models, including leveraged buyout (LBO) models and scenario analyses
• Develop structured prompts and instructions for AI systems to replicate financial modeling workflows
• Contribute new financial models or sanitized versions of existing models for AI training purposes

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Investment Banking (Analyst or Associate level preferred)
• Extensive experience building complex financial models in Excel
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and transaction analysis
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, consulting-based environment
