Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Modeling Consultant to support complex financial analysis and modeling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel, including leveraged buyout (LBO), operating, and valuation models
• Conduct financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic and investment-related decisions
• Evaluate financial performance and provide insights on corporate finance and transaction structures

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally at the Analyst or Associate level
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel techniques
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, valuation methods, and transaction analysis
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch
• Ability to work independently in a consulting-based, remote environment
