Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Navigator to improve financial outcomes for patients through assistance programs and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to gather information for applications to support programs
• Complete applications on behalf of patients and track their status, maintaining communication to enhance patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with providers to improve service efficiency and escalate issues for swift resolution

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a financial navigator or financial advocate role
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and insurance regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid
• Experience submitting claims to copay/manufacturer programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD 10, and HCPC codes
