Financial Navigator

Job Summary

To support patient financial outcomes, the remote Financial Navigator will conduct virtual consultations, manage application enrollments, and collaborate with healthcare providers while upholding company values and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to gather information for assistance applications
• Manage the application enrollment process and maintain communication with patients until a determination is made
• Act as a super-user for the TailorMed platform, identifying enhancements to improve user experience and patient outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a financial navigator or financial advocate role within a healthcare organization
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including insurance rules and regulations
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
• Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions tailored to individual patient needs
