Financial Navigator
Job Summary
Assisting clients in identifying potential funding sources, the full-time Financial Navigator will coordinate resources for completing entitlement applications and monitor regional metrics related to financial classifications, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report monthly counts for various financial payer categories, including Reduced Rate and Private Pay
- Coordinate resources to assist clients with funding source applications and educate staff on funding requirements
- Travel to regional offices to provide onsite resource information for clients and staff regarding funding qualifications
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and Skype
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
