Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial and Operations Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global revenue operations and ensure accuracy of subsidiary revenue
• Prepare and coordinate global payroll, ensuring compliance across various geographies
• Collaborate with project operations and growth teams to support financial performance and proposal development

Required Qualifications

• Specialized studies in accounting, finance, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and operations
• Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles and experience with financial software
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Experience with international accounting and implementing accounting systems is preferred
