A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll for 1099 and W2 contractors compliantly
• Solve issues related to invoice errors, time and expense entry, and overpayments
• Provide reporting, analysis, and reconciliations for payment-related items

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, banking, or administration
• Experience using Vendor Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Payroll compliance and best practices
