Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst- Administrative/Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform internal Accounts Payable activities, including invoice coding, routing, research, and reconciliation
• Track and reconcile incentive program payments and manage Accounts Receivable communications
• Support Premium Services administration and complete daily system entitlement processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Familiarity with financial platforms such as PaySimple and Xtiva is a plus
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
