Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub, reconcile, and maintain the integrity of ARR and bookings data
• Automate manual reporting processes using AI or system integrations
• Act as a liaison between Finance and other departments to resolve data discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex logic and nested formulas
• Exposure to SaaS tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights is a major plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize financial data into actionable insights
• Experience in quality assurance processes related to financial data
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles
