Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting global finance processes, the full-time Financial Operations Analyst will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, and conduct financial analysis while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, account managers, and legal teams to understand customer agreements for account reconciliation
• Prepare monthly invoices and audit them against client contracts for compliance
• Perform continuous financial analysis, including aging of accounts and cost analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in accounts payable and receivable processing
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Suite products
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
