Financial Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Associate for a project-based contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions during a financial system transition
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of expense processing using Concur
• Analyze and manage financial data to facilitate a large-scale data migration project

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of foundational experience in a financial operations role
• Proficiency in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience with expense reporting software, preferably Concur
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or basic AP/AR concepts
