Financial Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Associate to join their Finance Operations team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Verification and authorization of daily payments and handling treasury back office requests
• Perform daily accounting reconciliations and assist in the preparation of audit documents

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the financial services industry, ideally within payments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Highly organized and proactive self-starter
• Team player who is flexible and able to meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in English
