Financial Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Associate to join their Finance Operations team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Verify and authorize daily payments and handle treasury back office requests
• Perform daily accounting reconciliations and assist with month-end procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the financial services industry, ideally within payments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Team player with flexibility to meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in English
